Pursuant to requirements of Resolutio n No, 1015, a meeting of the
administrative staff was held in the Village Hali, 6700 Portland Ave.,
at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, April 18, 1963,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who anm
pounced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read
aloud, sealed bids on insurance for the Village of Richf field as adver-
tised in the official newspaper on March 28, 19630
