The meeting was called to oxder by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Reese, Randall and Olson. Absent: None. Rev. M. Frederking, Berea Lutheran Church, gave the invocation, 1. Minutes; Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the regu- lar meeting of March25~ 1963 be approved as corrected, changing name of committee (Item 2) to Land Development Comarittee~ and referred the question to the Planning Commission, also correction on Mrs. Sngelking's name; that the minutes of the ad,;ourned meeting of March 27, 1963 be approved as corms rected (first sentence) referring to bridge on Bloomington Ave.. instead of 12th Ave. Ali ayes - carried. 2, Reports Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following reports be accepted and filed: Inspection Report, March 1963 C-?16b Henn. Motion by Olson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the letter read by the Mayor from Lyndale Builders, dated Mar. 26, 1963, assuring the council of their willingness to deed a portion of the development for park purposes where they will install a "tot lot" be accepted and filed. Halley, 6328 Harriet Ave., read a list of conditions on which adjacent property owners were in agreement if property is rezoned for apartments. Gift from American Legion Motion by Olson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the letter from the American Legion, Post 435, dated April 1, 1963, relative to a radio they were presenting to the police depar tment be accepted and filed.
