J'ursuant ~ requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminm
istrative staff was held i.n the Village Hail, 6700 Portland Ave,, at
11:30 A.M. Thursday, February 21, 1963.
fihe meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed beds
on water laterals, Village Project #465, for the Village of Richfield
as advertised in the official newspaper on January 31, 1963.
