The council of the Village of Richf field met in regular session, Mon-
day, February 11, 1963, in the council chambers of the Village Hail, 6700
Portland Ave,, at 7:00 P,M.
The meeting was called to order by Magor Olson.
Present: ~inderson, Jacobsen, Reese, Randall and Olson.
Absents None.
Rev. Harold Grindal, Oak Grove Luth. Church, gave the invocation.

regular mee ting of January 28, 1963 and minutes of the special meeting of

flat for the first four apartments to west, and the landscaping layout to

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the council. authorize
the Richfield Pire Department Relief Association to invest an additional
x8250.00 in bonds issued by the Emmaus Lutheran Church of Bloomington in
accordance with a request contained in a letter dated February 2, 1963.

15. Proposed Bill for Tax Revenue from MAC Property
Councilman Reese presented a report that the school board had agreed
~ abide by the attorney*s recommendations.
Senator Blatz of the 32nd District suggested a resolution from the
council regarding concurrence in a bill requesting a deficiencq appropri-
ation for the school district for the current biennium.

Councilman Jacobsen requested that a letter of thanks be sent to
the Hennepin County welfare.
