The council of the Village of Richf ield met in regular session, Monday, January 28, 1963, in the council chambers of the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at 7000 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Reese, Randall and Olson. Absents None• Rene Alf Romstad, Woodlake Lutheran Church, gave the invocation, 1, Riinutes Aiotion by Jacobsen, seconded by Randall, that the minutes of the regular meeting of January 14, 1963 be approved.
