C-7073 Robert Peterson appeared representing Hardware Mutual. Dick Ziemer appeared representing Federal Mutual. A tabulation of bids was presented by the manager with his recommend~- Lion for award. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Schultz, that the l.ow bid of Hardware Mutual for $6457.00 for fleet and genera], public liability insurance, and the low bid of Federated Mutual for $9661.09 for workmen*,s compensation in® surance, as recommended by the manager. Adjustment of Assessment for Water Laterals - Emerson Ave. Church A letter dated December 3, 1962 was presented from the Emerson Ave. Congregational Church congregation chairman requesting an adjustment in their water lateral assessment by eliminating the charge for one water stub. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Schultz, that the Founcil grant the adjustment and reduction of the water assessment for the Emerson Ave. Con- gregational Church.
