Adjustment of Assessment for Water Laterals - Emerson Ave. Church A letter dated December 3, 1962 was presented from the Emerson Ave. Congregational Church congregation chairman requesting an adjustment in their water lateral assessment by eliminating the charge for one water stub. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Schultz, that the Founcil grant the adjustment and reduction of the water assessment for the Emerson Ave. Con- gregational Church.
