The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Schultz, Shields and Olson. Absent: None. Rev. Motion by Olson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council accept and file the remonstrance petition signed by 35 property owners in the area protesting the recently passed apartment use permit for apartments at 7401 and 7421 Queen Ave., and a letter of protest from the secretary of the Lincoln Hills P.T.A. Motion by Schultz, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council authorize the attorney to proceed with final agreement to purchase the Bogen property at 77th & Portland Ave..
