Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the aciminism
grative staff was held in the Village Halls 6700 Portland Ave., at i1:00 A,M.
ARonday, August 27, 1962.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purer
pose of the meeting was to receive, open and read a.i®ud, sealed bids on the
surfacing o street grading for the Village of Richfield, as advertised in
the official newspaper on August 16, 1962.
