The council of the Village of Richf field met in regular session, Mon-
daq, Ju1q 23, 1962, in the council chambers of the Village Hall, 6700
Portland Ave. at 7:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes of the regu~
tar meeting of July 9, 1962 be approved, and minutes of the Board of Review

Motion by Shields, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council approve the ap-

Motion by Shields, seconded by Jacobsen, that the report on apartments
in the Village of Richf field dated July 12, 1962 be accepted and filed. All

Mayor raison called for the hearing on the application of Robert A. Keller,
400 Westwood Drive, for a specie]: use permit at 1800-1810 B. 77th St., which
hearing had been deferred from the meeting of July 9th.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Anderson, that action on this application
be deferred until .the meeting of ~rxgust 13, 1962 to enable further study on

Mayor Olson called for the hearing on the application of Wm. Naiditch

Motion by Shields, seconded by Jacobsen, that action on this matter be

Irvin Shaw, attorney for the applicant, appeared requesting that action
be taken.
