Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminis-
trative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700_ Portland Ave., at 11.:00
A.M. on Friday., June 29, 1962.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the pur-
pose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on
a pump house (Village Project #458-B) for the Village of Richf field as ad-
vertised in the officaa.l newspaper June 14, 1962.

Leo Jolly, engineer
Lee Poulter, fire chief
Seven bids were presented and a.call was made for outstanding ones. None
were forthcoming. The following bids were opened and read aloud:
