Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting bf the admin~,s~ra=
tive staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11::00 A.M,
on Friday, May 25„ 1962,
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids'on deep wells
(Village Project #457) for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the offi®
cial newspaper on May 3, 1962.
Present: 0. R. Van Rrevelen, manager
Leo Jolly, engineer Robert Schaefer, admin. asst.
Five bids were presented and a call was made for outstanding ones. None were
forthcoming. The following bids were opened and read aloud.
