All ayes -carried. 7. Authorize Call for Bids - Water I.a.teral - Sheridan Park Motion by Schultz, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council authorize the clerk to advertise for bids on the water lateral at Sheridan Park, CV.P. #456); bids to be opened May 10, 1962. Commercial Building Permit - 500-512 8. 73rd St. Motion by Shields, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council grant the application of Dietrich-grancis Co., Inc.., 1436 Unity Ave. North, for a commercial building permit at 500-512 B. 73rd St. to construct two 23 unit 'a apartment buildings, each to have twelve 2-bedroom, ten 1-bedroom and one eff iciency-apartments. Petition - Objecting to Equipment Building Site Rpproximately 15 persons appeared in interest of a petition sub~iitted to protest the location of a garage equipment building for the village at its present site.
