Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Schultz, Shields and Olson. Motion by Shields, seconded by Schultz, that the council adopt Bill No. 1962•-4, that it be spread in the ordinance boob, that it be published in the official newspaper, and that it be made a part of these minutes with the provision that the area would be rezoned back to multiple resi® dance in the event the property is not used as proposed. The applicant is to submit a letter of agreement containing this stipulation and that a one story building will be erected with parking in the rear and access thereto on Queen Ave. only. A report from the village engineer and chief of police dated March 28, 1962 car_cerning a reg4aest for Q°Resident Parking Only°° signs in the 7100 block on B1or~mingtnn was presented, which report did not se commend the installation of such signs. Minneapolis General Hospital Councilman Jacobsen told of fiaxdings made on use of Minneapolis General Hospital by Richfield residents. Meeting on Capital Improvements Budget The next meeting of the council on capital improvements budget is set for April 1~, 1962 at 7:00 P.M. in the village hall. 29. Amendment to Orr-Schelen, Inc. Contract Motion by 5chult2, seconded by Shields, that the council approve the amendment to the contract with Grr-.~chelen, Inc. concerning tYxe esnploy- went of an assistant resident engineer. All ayes m carried. 30. Fluoridation A discussion was held on holding an additional hearing on the fluori«~ elation of municipal water. 31.
