Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held, in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M. on Friday,
April 6, 1962.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud healed bids on Watermain and ap-
purtenant work, Village Project #441-A for the Village o£ Richf ie ld as advertised
in the official newspaper on March 15, 1962.

Leo Jolly, engineer Robert Schaefer, admin. asst,
The clerk presented a total of eleven bids and asked for outstanding ones. None
were forthcoming, The following bids were opened and read aloud:
