1 1 VILL4GE OP RICHFIELD BiB~pening March 26, 1962 TREE ZRIMMII~ Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administram tive staff was held in the Village Ha11, 6700 Portland Ave., at i1:00 A.MQ on Monday, March 26, 1962. The ~deeting was called to order by the acting manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the tri~ning cif trees for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on March 15, 1962. Present: Leo Jolly, acting manager Lee Poulter, fire chief Robert Schaefer, admin. asst. Ed Moline, clerk-treas.
