Pursuant to regairemept~ of Resolution Noo 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff._was held in the~Viilage Hail, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11;00 A.M. ors Friday,
March}23, 1962.
The meeting was called to order by the acting village manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids
oa wa.termain and appurtenant work, Village Pro3ect #441 for the Village of
Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on March 1, 1962.

The clerk presented a total of seven bids and asked for outstanding ones. None
were forthcoming. The following bids were opened and read aloudt
