Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015 a meeting of the adminis- trative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6?00 Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M~, Thursday, February 8, 1962. The meeting was called to. order by the manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, seat ed bids on the purchase of one pneumatic tare front end shovel tractor loader for the village as advertised in the official newspaper January 25, 1962.
