The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: /iderson, Jacobsen, Schultz, Shields and Olson. Absent: None. Dr. Sherman Miller of St. Nichdlas Episcopal Church, gave the i~oca- 1 tion. 1. Mirnxtes Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Shields, that the minutes of the regu- lar meeting of December 27, 1961 be approved. All ayes -carried. 2. Request to Move House from 6~ 0 Portland Ave, John Peterson 7115 Elliot Ave., requested approval to move a house from 6~ 0 Portland Ave. to 6415 Standish Ave. presenting a petition concur- ring in the moved Motion by Olson, seconded by Schultz, that the council deny the re~ quest of John Peterson to move a house from 6200 Portland Ave. to 6415 Standish Ave,, and that the petition containing ten signatures in the neighborhood of 6415 Standish be accepted and filed. All ayes - carried. C-6697 27, Skating Rinks The general condition of skating rinks was discussed. The council. also expressed a desire to get some improvement on the opening hours of the warmA ing houses. 28. Adjournment Motion by Shields, seconded by Jacobsen, that the meeting be ad- journed.
