Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No', 1015, a meeting of the administra-
tive staff was held~in the Village Hall, 6?OCi Fortiand Ave. at 1i;00 AoMQ on
Mondaq, November 27* 1961.
The meeting was called to order by the ac"tit~= manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeti~ was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on
water meters for the Village of Richfield _as advertised in the official newts-
paper on November 16, 1961.
