10-09-1961 Bid�J VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Bid - Opening October 9, 1961 Sanitary Sewers & Appurtenant Work - V. P. #437 11 :00 A.M. Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administra- tive staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A.M, on Monday, October 9, 1961. The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on sanitary sewers for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper on September 289 1961. Present: 0. R. Van Krevelen, manager Robert Schaefer, administrativf asst. Ed J. Moline, clerk - treasurer Leo Jolly, village engineer The clerk presented a total of four bids and called for outstanding ones. None were forthcoming.
