Sanitary Sewers & Appurtenant Work - V. P. #437 11 :00 A.M.
Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administra-
tive staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A.M, on
Monday, October 9, 1961.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on
sanitary sewers for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official
newspaper on September 289 1961.

Robert Schaefer, administrativf asst.
Ed J. Moline, clerk - treasurer
Leo Jolly, village engineer
The clerk presented a total of four bids and called for outstanding ones. None
were forthcoming. The following bids were opened and read aloud:

on rock salt for the Village of Richfield as published in the official news-
paper on September 28, 1961,

The clerk presented a total of five bids on rock salt and called for any
outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
