The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session, Monday,
September 25,_19b1 in the council chambers of the village hall, 6?00 Portland

Harper Giezen representing the Y.M.C.A. of Hennepin County explained
plans for a pxoposed new Y.M.C.A. Building in this suburban area to serve
