Pursuant to requirements of Resolut~o n No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held in the village halls 6700 Portland Aveo at 11:00 A.bY. on Monday,
September 25, 1961m
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the
purchase of flood lights for Christian Park (V.P. 438) as published byT the of-
ficial newspaper, Sept, 14, 1961.

Leo Jolly, village engineer
Robert Schaefer, admin. asst.
Edw. J. Aloline, clerk-treas.
The clerk presented a total of three bids on the purchase of fl:~od lights for
Christian Park and called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcaming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud:
