Regular Meeting
September 11, 1961
The council of the Village of Richf field met in regular session, Monday,
September il, 1961, in the council chambers of the pillage Hall, 6700 Portland
Ave. at 7:00 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keidsen0
Present: Schultz, Shields and Keidsen. Anderson and Serstock arrived
later.
The invocation was given by Mayor Keidsen.

cleared with property owner to the north, and get letter of release from him
