VILLAGE OP RICHPIELD
Special Meeting
September 6, 1961
Pursuant to due call and notice the council of the Village of Richfield met
in special session at 5x00 P. M. Thursday, September 6, 1961, in the Village
Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keidsena
Presents Schultz, Serstock, Shields and Reidsen.
Absents Anderson, out of town.
Discussion on Vilia~e Planner

The council with the long range capital improvement commission discussed the
hiding of a professional community planner.
Motion bq Schultz, seconded by ~eldsen, that the administrative staff prom
pare a preliminary survey of the community planning needs and report by Novem~
ber 1, with a t-iew: to retaining a consultant to give additional recommendations.
Poll of votese Ayes m Schultz, Shields, Keldsen. Nays m Serstocke
Absent m Anderson. Carried,
Discussion with Long Range Capital Improvement Commission on village halls
postponed to September 259 1961.
