Close Off bate for Water Petitions Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderson, that the council establish Novem- ber 1, 1961 as the close-off date for accepting water main lateral petitions for consideration by the council for 1962 construction. Mr. shinier was present from the Long flange Planning Commission, stating that the Planning Commi.ssion_felt that planners should be employed for a village hall.
