Pursuant to requirement~~,of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administra- tive staff was held in the Village Ha.11, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 6, 1961. The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and real aloud, sealed bids on concrete sidewa.ik construction for the Village of Richf ieid as published in the off icial newspaper on June 15, 1961. Present: O. R. Van Krevelen, manager Eeo J. Jolly, engineer Roy Swenson, administrative asst. Edward J. Moline, village clerk. The. clerk presented a total of eight bids on sidewalk construction and called for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
