Pursu ant to requirements of Resolution #1015, a meeting o£ the admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at
11;00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 6, 1961.

The meeting was called to order by the acting manager who announced
that the purpose of the meeting was to receiee, open and read aloud,
sealed bids on the surfacing of tennis courts in Pairwood Park as
published in the off icial newspaper May 25, 1961.
