Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administra-
tive-staff was held in the Village Hall, 67~ Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M.
on Monday,. May 22, 1961.
The meeting was called to-order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to r eceive, open and read aloud sealed bids
on storm sewer constriction, Village Proj. ~f434, for the Village of Richfield
as advertised in the official newspaper on May 11, 1961.
