Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administra- tive staff was held in the Village Hail, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A,M, on Monday, April 24, 1961, The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on black dirt and sodding (Village Project No. 387) far the Village of Richfield as published in the official newspaper on April 13, 1960.
