Municipar Deep Wells and Appurtenant Work i1:00 A.M.
Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held in the Village Hall, 6?00 Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M. an Friday,
April 21, 1961.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on muni-
cipal wells for the Village of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper
on April 6, 1961.

Roy Swenson, Administrative asst.
Ed Moline, Clerk-treasurer
The clerk presented a total of five bids and called for outstanding ones. None
were forthcoming. The following bids were opened and read aloud:
