Special Meeting
April 118 1961
After due call and notice the council of the Village of Richf field met
in special sessions April 118 19618 in the Village Halls 6700 Portland Ave,
at 4030 P®Ma

The manager presented the study on methods of equalizing storm sewer assessor
menu within the village as previously ordered by the councils C~6371
After discussing the reports the council approved the suggestions ofm

feted as a conclusion in the report as the future policy of the council on
installation of storm sewers which consist primarily of property receiving a
maximum benefit of $00355 per square foot, The amount of assessable costs in
each projects past and futures over and above this amount would be assumed
as village share and paid from an ad valorem tax levy®
The council directed the manager to write a letter of explanation on
the policy adopted for the benefit of the village residents for the regular
meeting of April 248 1961e The council also directed the manager to take
the necessary steps in preparation of the institixtion of this policy®
The meeting then adjournedm
