Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 10158 a meeting of the administr~m
five staff was held in the V311age Ha118 6°700 Portland Ave.e at 11;00 A.M.
on Tuesdaye March 78 1961,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the
planting of boulevard trees in the Village of Richfield as published by the
official newspapers February 168 1961,
