02-27-19619I7.LAGB OP RICHFIELD '~i regular Meeting February 27, 1961 The council of the Village of Richfield met in the council chambers of the village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, February 27, 1961 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Schultz. Present: Anderson, Schultz, Serstock, Shields and Mayor Keidsen strived late. Absent: None. Pastor Robert Chalstrom, Associate pastor of House of Prayer Lutheran Church, gave the invocation. 1. Minutes Motion by Serstock, seconded by Shields, that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 13, 1961 be approved. A11 ayes - carried. 2. Set Date of Hearing - 6220 Cedar Ave. Motion by Shields, seconded by Anderson, that the council authorize the clerk to advertise a hearing on the application of Dr. Wm. D. Blaine, 2215 W. 74th St, to locate a pet animal hospital at 6220 Cedar Ave,; hearing to be March 13 , 1961.. Ali ayes - carried. 4, Set Date of Hearing s 7441 Dupont Ave. ~IS~ 4 Motion by Shields, seconded by Serstock, that the council authorize the clerk to advertise a hearing o~`the application of C. Authorize Payment of Assessments= Motion by Shields, seconded by Serstock, that the council authorize the payment to the City of Bloomington of $4395.00 for special assessments fox sewer lateral and water laterals on our gravel pit at 80th and France Ave. to be paid out of the street department account covered by a transfer from the contingency appropriation of the general fund. Commercial Building m 6801 Nicoilet Ave, M©ton by Shields, seconded by Serstock, that the council grant the co~nercial building permit application to American Telephone & Telegraph Co., 819: Main St., Ransas City, Mo. for an addition to their repeater station of American Telephone and Telegraph Co. located at 6801 Nicoilet Ave. Ail ayes - carried. 06310 8.
