Gift of Pola.roid..Camera to Police Dept, Motion by Serstock, seconded by Anderson, that the council make formal acceptance of the Polaroid Camera to the Police Department from the Lion°s Club, and that a letter of acceptance be sent to the LionQs Club by the mane= ger. Ail ayes m carried. 13. Hearing m Rezoning 2409 W. 66th St. It being 7:15 P.M. Mayor Keidsen called for the hearing on the application of C. P. Harwood, 7638 Lyndale Ave., to rezone property at 2409 W. 66th St. and read the notice of hearing. No persons appeared. Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderson, that the hearing on the rezoning 1 application of C, F. Harwood, 7638 Lyndale Ave., to rezone property at 2409 W. 66th St. from multiple residence to general commercial be deferred until the meeting of February 27, 1961. (Deferred) Samco Investmen ~ ~ the Kroger Cos Mayor geldsen called for consideration of the off street parking items on Sameo Investments and the Kroger Cos, which matter had been deferred from the ®~m February 13, 1961 meeting of January 27, 1961. A letter was presented from the Kroger Co. dated Pebruary 68 1961 outlining points of agreement on off-street parking at 77th &Nicollet Ave, Motion by Serstock, seconded by Schultze that application for off®street parking be approved and that the letter from the Kroger Co. dated February 6, 1961 be incorporated as a part of the off street parking agreement, and that the regular bonding procedure be altered to the point of accepting the Kreger Co, signature as the principal, Poll of votes: Ayes - Schultz, Serstocke Shields and Keldsen.
