Mayor Reidsen called for the hearing on the land division, application for
Off ®street parking and amendment to off=street parking of Samco Investments; and
the Rroger Co., which hearing had been deferred from the meeting of December
27th.
Harley Degan, attorney, appeared representing the applicants,
Motion by Reidsen, seconded by Schultz, that the letter from Atlantic
Mills relative to Sunday opening be accepted and filed. A11 ayes o carried. Cm6279

food store at the proposed location, and presented a remonstrance petition con®
taining 4~ signatures of property owners in the area,

After some discussion tentative approval was given icy the council on
street and alley grading for a sum of $8300000 as per Section 18 Group
A and B9 and tentative approval was given to sidewalk construction at various
locations in the village in the amount of $748975000® Tentative approve,! was given
for storm sewer construction in districts 3 and 13 for an estimated cost of
$1748541,00.
