staff was~held in-the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 ~.MO, Monday,'
January 9, 1960,
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on a 4 wheel rubber
tired tractor for the Village of Richf ieid as published in the official newspaper
on December 29, 1960.
