Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administration
staff was held in the Village Hail,, 6700 Portland Ave. at 11:00 A.M. on Monday,
October 24, 1960,
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on
street grading for the Village of Richfieid~as published in the offs cial news-
paper on October 13, 1960.

The clerk presented a total of two bids on street grading and called for aiy
outstanding bids, None were forthcoming.
The following bids were opened and read aloud:

The manager announced that the bids would be tabula ted and considered by the
