18, 1960 at ?:30 P,M,
The meeting was called to order by ~4ayor Keidsen.
Present: Anderson, Schultz, Serstock, Shields and Kelds~n.
Absent: None.
Harry Mayeron and Dave Husby, G. M, Orr Engineering Co, and T. G, Evensen
of Evensen and Associates, Inc. were also present,
Proposed methods of financing a municipal water system for the village were
discussed,
Motion by Schultz, seconded by Serstock, that the following resolution be

adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part
of these minutes:

The council stated that they were in favor of ail revenues pledged to hasten

retirement of the bonds- on a water system, They were also of the opinion that
they felt this and subsequent councils would not compel the people of the
viila.ge to hook-up for a number of years,
License - Kiddie Ride
Motion by Schultz, seconded by Serstock, that the council approve the license
re~ys/do
for '6 kiddie ride at the Hub parking lot with fee waived. Ali ayes carried,
