Special Meeting
Sept. 21, 1960
Af ter due call and notice the council of the Village of Richfield met in
special session at the Village Hal l° 6700 Portland Ave. at 7130 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Reldsen.
Presents Schultze Serstock, Shields' and Keidsen.
Absents Anderson (out of town)
This was a joint meeting w~.th the Long Range Capitol Improvements Planning
Commissions the following persons were present:

Kenneth Green, Asst. Director of Community Planning, Dept. of Business

Development, spoke on "Community Planning" and procedures for obtaining a
federal grant.
Motion by Schultz, seconded by I~eldsene that the application from the
Junior Chamber of Commerce for a wagon ~heddler°s license for 5 Sundays CSe~t.
25th through~Oct. 23rd) be granted with the fee waived. All ayes -carried.
Motion by Schultz, seconded by Serstock° that the meeting be adjourned.
