Priday, October 7, 1960. The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose. of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on storm sewer for the Village of Richfield aspublished in the official newspaper on September 15,`1960~m Present= O, R, Van Krevelen, Manager Leo Jolly, engineer Hd Moline, Village clerk Roy Swenson, admin. asst. The clerk presented a total of twelve bids on storm sewer and called for any outstanding bidsA None were forthcoming..
