Pursuant to requirements of Resolution Nos 1015, a meeting of the adminis-
trative staff was held in the Village Hal 1, 6700 Portland Ave, at 11:00 A.M.
Priday, October 7, 1960.
The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that
the purpose. of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on
storm sewer for the Village of Richfield aspublished in the official newspaper
on September 15,`1960~m

any outstanding bidsA None were forthcoming..
