Motion by Keldsen to set the land value at $8050. Motion lost for want
of a second.

There was an apparent error on the plat maps with the surveyor as measure-~
manta 3:n the Ynspection Dept. When the plat map is corrected the owners are
in agreement with the valuations,

The council approved the values established by the assessorm
Mrs Thompson, owner, and attorney, Mrs Timmons, protested values at
159:6 B, 66th St.
Motion by Shields, seconded by Anderson, that the valuation of the lots
to remain as valued by the assessors All ayes - carried.
