05-23-1960VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Regular Meeting May 239 1960 The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session, Monday, May 23, 1960, in the council chambers of the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keldsen. Present: Anderson, Schultz, Serstock, Shields and Keldsen. Absent: None, Rev. M. Frederking, Berea Lutheran Church, gave the invocation, 1.
