the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloudm sealed bids:
on the purchase of an underground gasoline storage tank for the Village of
Richf field as published in the official newspaper on March 17~ 1960.

No. 1015, a meeting. of the administrative staff was held in the Village
Hall, Monday, April 25, 1960 at i1s00 A,M.
