Pursuant to action taken a.t the special meeting of January 26, 1960,
the council met at an adjourned meeting in the council chambers of the Village

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keidseno
Present: A:ndersons Schultz, Serstock, Keldsenm
Absent: Shields Cwho was ill)
The meeting was a continued discussion of the .preliminary plans of the
proposed b2nd St, freewayo
48 persons were in attendance,

Mro Doekes, Metropolitan Planning Commission
The manager presented a proposal to move the proposed freeway north to
take part of the right of way from the Minneap oils side of 62nd St0
Robert Gunderson, Richfield School. Board, presented a resolution protest-
ing the condemnation for the freeway.
Carl. McBride represented the Richf field Chamber of Commerce and opposed
the location of the highways

Mrs Marzitelii agreed that the Highway Dept, would review the proposal
offered by the manager® Motion by Keldsen, seconded by Serstock, that the
meeting be adjourned to March 15, 1960 at 4:30 P.Mm
