Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015 a meeting of the adminis-
trative staff was held in the Village Hall, 67oQ Portland Atre., at 11s00 A.M.
on Monday, December 28, 1959'.
The mee~3.ng was calked tc order by the Village Manager who armvunced that
the purpose of the meeting. was to receive, open and read aloud sealed bids
on sixteen voting machines as published 3.n tta~ official newspaper December 17,
1959. .

The clerk presented a total of one btd on the voting machines and called
for any outstanding bids. None were forthcoming.
