VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Regular Meeting. November 23, 1959 The council of the Village of Richfield met in regular session in the council chambers of the Village Halls 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, November 23, 1959 at 7:00 P.M, The meeting was called to order by Mayor Keldsen. Present; Anderson, Schultza Serstock, Wallick and Keldsen. Absent: None, Rev. Warren D. Swanson, Bethany Covenant Church, gave the invocation, 1® Minutes Motion by Schultz; seconded by Wallick, that the minutes of the special meeting of November 5, 1959 be approved. Carried, Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Novo 90 1959 be approved. Carried. 2. Mr. Gross appeared in support of his application for a; land division. Motion by Serstock, seconded by Wallick, that the hewing be closed. Carried.
