Mayor Keidsen tailed the meeting to order, Present: Anderson, Schultz, Serstock, Wailick and Keldsen. Absent: None. Pastor John Paimquist, House of Prayer Lutheran Church, gave the invo- cation 1~ Minutes Motion by Schultz, seconded by Anderson, that minutes. of the regular meeting of October 13, 1959 be approved. Ratification of Action Motion by Schultz, seconded by Keidsen, that the council ratify the :action taken at the special meeting of October 23, 1959. to call for bids on additional grading of Jefferson Park on Nov. 9, 1959. Traffic Control - 66th 5t. A combined traffic .report on traffic control on 66th St. dated October 21, 1959 was submitted to the council, and a discussion followed. Tt was agreed that 12 inch lenses be installed in the school signals instead of the present 8 inch lenses., and the painted letters on the pavement were td be brightened. 18.
