Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 10159 a meeting of the admin-
istrative staff was held in the Village Ha119 6700 Portland Ave. at 11x00 AoMo
on Tuesdaye September 229 19 59.
The meeting was called to order by the Village Manager who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive9 open and read aloud9 seal®d bids on
rock salt for the Village of Richfield as published in the official newspaper
on August 27, 1959.

after as is practicable.
