Mr. Heckt~ attorneys appeared representing the Home Study School. Mrs, Vaie~questioned the use of the house on the property and was told that the caretaker uses it and will continue to do so. Councf,llnian Wailick brought up the idea of providing access to the piap~- ground area, leave the alley and restrict the Oliver property to playground, and have all the propsed school on Penn Ave. Motion by Schultz, seconded by Serstock, that the hearing be deferred until the meeting of October 26, 1959 to permit the architect to study the necessary change in plans.
