Pursuant to requirements of Resolutipn No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was held in the Village Ha1i: 6700 Portland Ave. at 11100 A.M, on Monday, August 24, 1959. The meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was tp receive, open and read aloud sealed bids on street grading £or the Village of Richfield as published in the official news- paper on August 13, 1959. Present: 0, R. Van Krevelen, manager Ed Moline, village c1er~ Leo Jolly, engineet Roy Swenson, Admin. asst. The clerk presented a total of six bids on street grading and called for any outstanding bids.
